Run Out the clock & waste NJ Resources
When asked about health education standards Dr. Ruddy explained her plan to "run out the clock" by repeatedly asking the NJ Dept of Education for documents as a delay tactic.
She's not interested in overseeing the proper operation of the district, she's interested in obstructing its operation.
She proposes we "stall the state BOE via 'memo warfare' in which our BOE gums up the works for implementing the outrageous and dangerous Sex Ed guidelines by asking for documentation, references, sources, etc. etc. etc. related to the generation of these guidelines. We could keep the state BOE spinning in circles, endlessly. If our BOE and the activated parents wish to do so, I think we could run the clock out on the implementation of the guidelines for, say, nine months - the remainder of the academic year."

In Dr. Ruddy's comments before the Madison BoE she suggested "you send a letter from the board and the superintendent to the state board asking for the documentaiton, the references, the body of knowledge that they used to generate these guidelines so that you can consider them and so that you can pass them on to the parents so they can consider them too. ... this will buy time ... an orderly exit ... and that period of reconsideration could take enough time ... to consider what is being taught and by whom and why."

During an interview with John Carman, while discussing the government's response to the COVID pandemic, Ruddy proudly proclaimed, "This country has a covenant with God... OK, it was founded and framed around a covenant with God in God. We trust one nation under God."
